Every piece is made with care, but due to the nature of our materials and creative processes, certain characteristics are inherent and cannot be fully controlled.

1. Final Sale & No Returns

All items purchased are final sale. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.(unless there are issues in tranist-with verifiable proof required)

This policy is in place because each item is either handcrafted, customized, or carefully finished and prepared for delivery. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

2. Shipping & Handling

  • Shipping and handling costs are not included in the listed price and will be calculated at checkout.
  • Orders are processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors.
  • Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.

3. Material & Aftercare Notes

Wood Items:

  • Naturally prone to splintering, warping, or fraying over time or in transit.
  • Minor imperfections are inherent and add character.
  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, heat, or heavy impact.

Candles & Wax Items:

  • Never leave a flame unattended.
  • Burn only 1–2 hours at a time.
  • Keep out of reach of children and pets.
  • Store in a cool, dry place.

3D Printed & Mixed Materials:

  • Avoid high temperatures, sharp impacts, and harsh chemicals.
  • Clean gently with a soft cloth or brush.

General: Slight color or texture variations are normal and expected.

4. Safety & Liability

Heritage Craftworx / Malboe LLC is not liable for damage, injury, or property loss resulting from misuse or inappropriate use of our items. Products involving flame, heat, or mechanical components must be used responsibly.
